Personal Data Processing Terms

In accordance with Articles 23 and 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”, and the purposes and terms set out in the Privacy Policy available at https://jurinflot.ru/privacy-policy/ (the Privacy Policy),

I, the personal data subject, hereinafter referred to as the User, by submitting information through the feedback forms (each individually and all collectively referred to as the Form or Forms) for the purpose of using the website jurinflot.ru and its services (the Website and the Service, respectively), and subsequently when using the Website and/or its Services, hereby give my full, unconditional and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data (the Consent) on the following terms:

2. Personal Data Covered by the Consent

This Consent applies to the processing of personal and other data provided by the User through the Forms by completing the relevant text fields and/or attaching files to the Forms, including the following categories of data:

surname, first name and patronymic;
email address;
telephone number;
registered address;
other similar information provided by the User that enables the User to be identified as a personal data subject;

as well as data automatically transmitted when viewing and visiting Website pages, including:

IP address;
cookie information;
browser information;
access time;
address of the page visited;
referrer information, including the address of the previously visited page;
statistics relating to the User’s IP addresses.

3. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

Consent is given for the processing of personal data for the following purposes:

performing agreements relating to access to the Website, its Content and/or the Service and the functionality of the Service, and administering the Website;
identifying the User when registering on the Website and/or using the Service;
providing services and processing requests and applications;
establishing communication with the User, including sending notifications and requests;
verifying the completeness of personal data provided;
entering into agreements and carrying out settlements between the parties;
collecting statistical information by the Operator;
improving the quality and usability of the Website and/or its Service and developing new services;
conducting marketing and advertising activities, including sending offers from the Operator and enabling the User to receive such offers for the purpose of promoting the Operator’s services, including through direct communications.

The User confirms that the User is aware of and agrees that, for the purposes specified above, the Operator may collect and use additional information relating to the User that is obtained when the User accesses the Website, its Content and/or the Service or is received from third parties.

Such information may include:

information about technical devices, including mobile devices;
information concerning methods of technical interaction with the Website and/or Service;
host IP address;
type of operating system used by the User;
browser type;
geographical location;
internet service provider information;
information concerning the User’s activity when using the Website and/or Service;
cookies;
information concerning errors displayed to the User;
information concerning downloaded files, videos and tools;
other technical and statistical data.

The Operator may use statistical information relating to the operation of the Website and/or Service and information concerning the User for the purpose of operating and providing technical support for the Website and/or Service and complying with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

4. Methods and Operations Involved in Personal Data Processing

This Consent is given for personal data to be processed using a combination of automated and non-automated means.

In processing personal data, the Operator may perform the following operations:

collection;
recording;
systematisation;
accumulation;
storage;
clarification, including updating and alteration;
retrieval;
use;
transfer, including dissemination, provision and access;
anonymisation;
blocking;
deletion;
destruction of the User’s personal data.

5. User Confirmations

The User hereby confirms that:

5.1. The User has been informed and agrees that the Operator may transfer the User’s personal data to the extent necessary to provide the User with access to the Website and its Content.

5.2. The User consents to the processing of the personal data specified in Section 2 of this Consent by the person specified in Section 1 of this Consent.

The User also confirms that the Operator has explained the consequences of failing to provide personal data where the provision of such data is mandatory under federal law.

5.3. The User has been informed of the right to withdraw this Consent pursuant to Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.

Consent may be withdrawn by making a personal request or submitting a written request, including an electronic document signed using a simple electronic signature or an enhanced qualified electronic signature, addressed to the person specified in Section 1 of this Consent.

The User has also been informed of the right to withdraw Consent in order to terminate the processing by the person specified in Section 1 of:

all personal data specified in Section 2; or
biometric personal data separately, if such data is requested by the Operator and provided by the User.

5.4. The User has been informed that the person specified in Section 1 of this Consent may continue processing the User’s personal data after receiving a withdrawal of Consent or after the Consent expires where grounds for such processing exist under Part 2 of Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.

5.5. The User consents to receiving advertising and informational materials and confirms that the Operator has informed the User of the possibility and procedure for opting out of such communications.

6. Entry into Force and Withdrawal of Consent

This Consent takes effect upon its submission.

The User may withdraw the Consent by sending a written statement in any form to the Operator at:

or by any other method that makes it possible to clearly establish that the withdrawal has been received by the Operator.

7. Duration of Consent

This Consent remains valid for an indefinite period until withdrawn by the User.

The Consent ceases to have effect from the date specified by the User in the notice withdrawing consent to personal data processing, but not earlier than the day following the date on which the Operator actually receives the withdrawal.

8. Date and Time of Consent

The date and time at which this Consent is created, confirmed and submitted shall be deemed to be the moment when the User checks the relevant box or clicks the relevant button in the Form and/or clicks the button used to submit the Form on any page of the Website and/or its Service.

9. Submission of Personal Data

Pursuant to Part 4 of Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”, the User submits personal data using a personal mobile device or personal computer by attaching the data to a dedicated Form or completing the relevant fields of such Form when registering on the Website.

10. Responsibility for Processing by Third Parties

The User has been informed that the Operator remains responsible to the User for the actions of any person processing the User’s personal data on the Operator’s instructions.
